GLYNDEBOURNE OPERA

For the last 3 months I have had the great privilege of working with the Fight Director Nicholas Hall at The Glyndebourne Opera House on a new production of “Die Meister Singer Von Nurnburg.” With a riot scene involving a cast of over 160 people I’ve had great fun performing and assisting Nick Hall in creating a wonderful sequence which is both brutal and comic.

The production is being directed by world renowned opera director David McVicar and has opened to some great reviews.

Take a look at the production video and see some of the wonderful people that I’ve had the privilege to have been working with.

ZOMBLIES HAS BEEN RELEASED

Zomblies was a feature Mark Ruddick worked on before founding Squire Theatre was formed. This was the film which he really cut his teeth on, working with Realm Pictures in creating a balls to the wall zombie action film with only a £10,000 budget. There are plenty of falls, chases, gun shots and even a stunt involving Mark being dragged behind a speeding motorcycle. This was the making of Squire and now the whole feature can be viewed online for free and below

HORDE AT COVENT GARDEN

In early 2011 the wonderful people over at RC Annie founded their very own fight performance team called HORDE. Last week I had the chance to join them for one of their street shows at Covent Garden. Playing the role of Prince Charming, I entered a comedy prize fight against the very talented Lyndall Grant playing the role of Red Riding Hood in an attempt to win the coveted “fairy tale fight trophy.” The crowd was great and I will hopefully be seeing much more of the HORDE team in the future creating more madness and mayhem.
